1. Trade Taxonomy Architecture

Our 299 active trade categories are modeled on the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) and standard CSI MasterFormat divisions. Each category distinguishes between diagnostic repair, total replacement, and preventative maintenance.

2. Geographic Distance Modeling

Nearby municipal connections are generated using mathematical Haversine calculations from verified US Census geographic coordinates. We do not invent arbitrary travel times or fake branch offices.

3. Consumer Protection & Evidence Basis

We consult consensus engineering standards (NFPA, IAPMO, ASHRAE, IRC) to provide factual technical guidance on home systems and safety hazards.
