Terms of Service & User Agreement
Effective Date: August 10, 2026 · Legally Binding Agreement Across All 50 United States
1. Binding Terms & Acceptance
Welcome to ServiceFind Pros ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Homeowner," or "you") and ServiceFind Pros governing your access to and use of our website https://pros.servicefind.center, emergency service routing tools, referral forms, and phone dispatch network. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease platform use.
2. Independent Contractor & Matching Network Disclaimer
Important Relationship Disclosure:
ServiceFind Pros is a paid matching and administrative referral network. We are not a licensed trade contractor, employer, or joint venture partner of any participating home service professional. All independent service contractors in our network operate as autonomous business entities. ServiceFind Pros does not directly perform home repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, or structural work. Any agreement, contract, warranty, or scope of work is entered into directly between you and the independent contractor you elect to hire.
3. Fair Quote™ Estimates & Pricing Disclaimer
All cost estimates, pricing ranges, and Fair Quote™ calculations presented on our platform or provided via telephone dispatch represent regional projections adjusted by Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) wage indices, historic material averages, and municipal complexity factors. These estimates do not constitute binding contracts. Final project pricing, material selection, labor rates, and permit fees are determined exclusively by the independent contractor following an on-site physical assessment.
4. Contractor Licensing & Homeowner Verification Duties
While ServiceFind Pros enforces initial screening standards—including trade license checks, business identity reviews, and liability insurance verifications where applicable—contractor licensing status can change over time. Homeowners are advised to independently verify contractor license numbers through their respective State Licensing Board (e.g., California CSLB, Texas TDLR/RME, Florida DBPR) prior to authorizing work or making financial deposits.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable state law, ServiceFind Pros, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Workmanship defects, property damage, or delays caused by independent contractors.
- Inaccuracies in regional cost estimates or municipal building code data.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your communications or transmissions.
- Any dispute arising between a homeowner and an independent service contractor.
6. Mandatory Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be settled by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You expressly waive your right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
